I would like to join the class action that I bought my first Sears product in 1958. I spent 30 years in the military, and we always bought Sear`s aircraft, because no matter where we were in the U.S., there was a Sears. We bought our house in 1993. It was fully equipped with Sears products. We entered into a safeguard agreement that covered all products purchased from Sears. It worked pretty well for a while then started changing the thimngs to the Worsr. The first gardening equipment was no longer covered. Then the articles were limited to 20. Then the hVAC systems became 4 elements.

Microwaves have been eliminated. The service remained appropriate. To terminate these agreements, you can call the Sears Protection Agreement Office at 1-800-827-6655. After the 3rd time with their repairman, coming in a period of 2 weeks, we had to fight just to get the repairman to fill out a form for our refund. Plaintiffs Nina Greene and Gerald Greene allege that they entered into and paid for several device service agreements with Sears from 1994 to 2014, but that these agreements did not actually cover their products. I`m glad I`m not alone with this! I`ve been looking after Sears for a month. Our washing machine is off and still waiting for parts. I can`t bring someone in to help me.

I did not answer the phone for an hour and a half. I had to collapse and buy a new washing machine. I can`t walk without a washing machine. Sears must pay to keep them from contracting. Not happy, I bought a heating protection plan and warranty A/c and they forwarded me for two hours on the phone saying that different services have to deal with it. They told me that my unit was not interchangeable. Today, sears called to get a refund. It was said that the work was not pre-authorized and so I would not be paid. In addition, my contract was terminated because another officer had been working on the system. Contractor Sears had paid for the installation.
