Software License Agreement Adobe

On this page, you`ll find archived versions of Adobe`s licenses and terms of use. On the Licenses and Conditions page, you will find documentation on the latest versions of these products. 2.3 Content files. Unless otherwise stated in the “Read-Me” files, documentation or other licenses associated with the content files, the client can use, view, edit, reproduce and distribute the files contained. However, the customer cannot distribute the content files independently (i.e. in cases where the content represents the primary value of the distributed product) and the customer cannot claim trademark rights over the content files or their derivative works. Nothing that is indicated does not affect the ownership of the software in accordance with Section 3. 16.6.2 If the authorized number of computers is five (5) or less, the client can download the font software into the memory (hard drive or RAM) of an output device connected to at least one of these computers to have the font software in such an output device, and from another output device for every multiple of five, represented by the authorized number of computers. 16.8 Acrobat standard features, Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Suites. If the software contains Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Suite or certain functions in the above software, this Section applies 16.8. 16.4.1 Supplied by Adobe. The software makes it easier for the customer to access content and services hosted on Adobe-managed sites or its affiliates (“Adobe Online Services”).

Examples of these Adobe online services are not limited to: Adobe BrowserLab, Adobe CS Review, Business Catalyst, Digital Publishing Suite, Acrobat.com, looking for help and welcome screens for products. In some cases, an online adobe service may be displayed as a feature or extension in the software, although it is hosted on a website. Access to an Adobe Online service may require the customer to activate the software, obtain adobe ID, accept additional terms of use, or charge a separate fee to access these online services. Adobe Online Services may not be available in all languages or for residents of all countries, and Adobe may change or terminate the availability of an Adobe online service at any time and for any reason. Adobe also reserves the right to charge a fee for accessing or using an Adobe Online service that was previously offered for free. Section 14 contains important information about the customer`s Internet connection and privacy. As noted in Section 14, the customer`s use of such an Adobe Online service is subject to the use of such an online service when the software accesses an Adobe Online service, Adobe`s privacy policy (www.adobe.com/go/privacy), Adobe.com terms of use (www.adobe.com/go/terms) and any additional terms of use that may be subject to the customer on that date. 8.1 Third-party offers. The software can allow you to access and collaborate with third-party content, software applications and data services, including many Internet applications (“third-party offers”).
